Automatic flange standing up on clamping machine

When using roller conveyor to transfer, you can easily add the automatic flange standing up. That feature stands up the flanges after being transfered on the clamping machine, and make it ready to be clamped.

The flanges handling could be performed with overhead crane (or other means) otherwise by using the roller conveyor transfer (option).

Function available for EASYVAR and GECKOVAR clamping.

Turning cranes

The movable turning cranes are designed to perform the beam turning when preparing to weld the opposite side of the beam.

The equipment is composed of two independent movable cranes which move alongside the beam. They are motorized and synchronized on every axis (translation, rotating, lifting).

Storage conveyor

Recommended to store the manufactured beam automatically at the end of the process, it handles the beam at the output of the welding machine and transfer on storage step by step.
